How to use this platform

Thanks for taking out time to contribute for the development of this platform.
make sure you fill in the following correctly:
- The title of the report
- A summary (description) of the report
- Select the category
- Your names and email if you do so wish
- Type in the city, state and country of incident
then click on find place (trouver emplacement)
- Type in the place of incident
- Finally, click on send (soumettre)
